Equitus Ltd started life in 2000 operating for the first seven years as a debt reduction company using an interest off-set facility to significantly reduce the amount of the interest our clients paid on their home loan.
Using our unique software, we redesign our clients loan to advantage them and not their lender. However it is our on-going monitoring and mentoring service which ensures their success.
Typically an Equitus plan enables our clients to pay off their loan appreciably sooner than doing it the banks’ way.
Over the ten years we have been in business we have saved our clients millions of dollars of interest which would otherwise have gone off-shore as overseas debt but what we are most proud of is our record of client success.
